Kelly Smith, PT, DPT
Dr. Smith earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2010. With extensive experience across various specialties, she has practiced in outpatient orthopedics, workers’ compensation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, pelvic floor therapy, and neurological rehabilitation. She is well-versed in a range of manual therapies, including dry needling, and holds certifications in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) and Impairment Ratings (IR). She also offers Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) therapy in working with chronic pain patients. Dr. Smith is passionate about collaborating with each patient to design personalized rehabilitation programs that optimize recovery and facilitate a successful return to work and life.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Smith enjoys gardening, swimming, biking, and spending quality time with her family.
Erik Perez
Erik brings over 8 years of experience as a Spanish medical interpreter specializing in workers’ compensation cases. His background includes working as a chiropractic assistant and hands-on experience with gym equipment and maintenance from his time at a local gym. Currently, Erik is furthering his education by taking undergraduate courses.
In his free time, Erik enjoys playing soccer and tennis, indulging in video games, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter, whom he fondly refers to as his best friends.
